• Diffusion: Add 5-10 drops to your diffuser.
• Topical Application: This blend contains a 50/50 ratio, with 50% of the formula being carrier oil and 50% being essential oil. Please note that this ratio is not suitable for topical use unless it is further diluted according to recommended dilution ratios.
• Aromatic Inhalation: Inhale directly from the bottle.
• Bath: Add 5-10 drops to a warm bath.
• Meditation: Diffuse or inhale the blend before or during meditation.
